01 Introduction & Acceptance

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

newpkl Supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Maximum limits are set separately.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• It is recommended that your deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

06 Prohibited Activities

07 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team and your account will be deactivated within 48 hours.

• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
